The Runtastic app is great
I'll give it a look, but this wasn't an app problem - it was a phone problem. Tracking quit AND my music turned off!

It's a pretty good exercise to blow up the triceps.

Up to a 50 pound dumbbell for single-armed french press
Posted on 4/11/16 at 10:09 pm to TbirdSpur2010
Is that the same thing as a skull crusher?
If so I also used a 50lb weight.....but with both hands

Yeah I think so
I do mine seated or standing.

Works just as well. Form's what matters more than weight at the end of the day.
I don't even know what my maxes are for anything anymore.

Wouldn't that work the bicep instead of the tricep?

Nah.
After reading a bit, the skull crushers look like they're usually done while lying down while french press is done seated or standing.
Same basic motion and same muscle group worked though, looks like.
I usually do 2 of 3 possible tricep exercises from french presses to dips to tricep dip machine to tricep pulldown machine. Depends on how I'm feeling/how many days in a row I've lifted.

Is your HIIT training some variation of running for 30 seconds and walking for 30 seconds?
Posted on 4/13/16 at 10:10 am to Pitch To Johnny
yea its basically walk from 0-3, run from 3- until failure around 3:30 or so at a speed of 9. Then walk from 3:30 until 5, same process, then 7 until failure, then walk the rest slowly lowering incline

Thank ya. Weekly workout routine has today as HIIT only, and I never really know what to do.

I actually found it from a workout thing that GNC gave me. it suggested the 10 minute of HIIT but i like hitting a mile or more.
