Is that the same thing as a skull crusher?

If so I also used a 50lb weight.....but with both hands

Yeah I think so

I do mine seated or standing.

Works just as well. Form's what matters more than weight at the end of the day.

I don't even know what my maxes are for anything anymore.

Nah.

After reading a bit, the skull crushers look like they're usually done while lying down while french press is done seated or standing.

Same basic motion and same muscle group worked though, looks like.

I usually do 2 of 3 possible tricep exercises from french presses to dips to tricep dip machine to tricep pulldown machine. Depends on how I'm feeling/how many days in a row I've lifted.

Day 2 of back on the grind
13 mins of HIIT cardio at incline 5
Back today
Sadly assisted pull up machine
Push up machine
Back extensions
Close grip pull down
One arm db row
Seated row
First 2 sets at 10 reps last set at 10 reps pause 7 pause and then burnout

Then felt like an old man be went naked in hot tub and steam room

Day 3 back on the grind:
cardio incline 6 13 mins of HIIT training
Leg press
calf press
squat
calf raises
lunges
calf machine

I did my first 2 sets normal then the rest and pause for set 3 as a finisher.

Is your HIIT training some variation of running for 30 seconds and walking for 30 seconds?

yea its basically walk from 0-3, run from 3- until failure around 3:30 or so at a speed of 9. Then walk from 3:30 until 5, same process, then 7 until failure, then walk the rest slowly lowering incline

Thank ya. Weekly workout routine has today as HIIT only, and I never really know what to do.

I actually found it from a workout thing that GNC gave me. it suggested the 10 minute of HIIT but i like hitting a mile or more.
