It is called UO - Urban operations. Now,Under full spectrum operations it does not just deal with military operations. It Deals with stability and civil operations in an urban environment too

Just the inclusion of joint, multinational, and host nation forces, other governmental organizations like the state department, and nongovernmental organizations like the red cross, WHO, USAID etc, make it less of purely military operation than before.

But I heard from a friend of mine over there today and, whoever it is, he's becoming a bit of a legend among the troops.
Everyone over there thinks it's a friendly. He reminded me that not every Muslim likes ISIS, although he readily admitted that most of them do over there.
