Hypothetical scenario for $10 million

The money is a lump sum and tax free with absolutely no restrictions. You can do literally whatever you want with it. However, you have to do one of two things: Beat a homeless man to death with a blunt object, or have 30 minutes of sex with someone of the same gender.
The homeless man has no ties to the world, nobody will miss him and it will be neatly "covered up" and you are guaranteed to never be found out or face charges.
The person you would be having sex with is a homosexual (thus they will enjoy it) that has a clean bill of health, you are at no risk of STDs and no knowledge of the act will ever leave the room in which it takes place. Nobody you know will ever be made aware of it. The "partner" must climax in order for you to win the money and you must be the one to cause it (no masturbating).

Yeah I don't have murder in me. Having a dick shoved up my anus sounds absolutely terrible, but better than killing an innocent man/woman. I mean I am not sure how I'd handle the hypothetical, but iunno. Maybe if it was one of my friends that's gay that would make it easier? They'd know my personality and be so attracted to me they'd come quicker than 30 minutes? I'm not sure how gay sex works. I don't have to have a boner too do I? What is the actual sex act I have to commit? This is important. If a giving an HJ counts then this is a no brainer. If I have to take it in the arse? That's getting close to the threshold but I dunno.
