He doesn't have prescription glasses, just a little head.

I thought Maleficent was pretty awful as well. I'm not a fan of the "new twist on a classic" thing Disney has been doing lately.

Or that.
I have a huge head, so that's not my problem, just bad eye sight.

Yea, "no shite". I'm sorry you ate it up but everyone who watched that movie and said "hey, this is a decent flick" got taken for a ride.
Sleeping Beauty is a classic Disney flick. Why change the story? People would have paid to see Malificent's side of things with Angelina Jolie at the helm despite the drastic changes. The "twist" was a giant "frick you" to Walt Disney in an attempt to make money, much like Alice in Wonderland.
Disney is riding on the coat-tails of big-name actors/actresses trying to make movies for their children and not caring about the actual story.
Jesus Christ, dude, give it a rest.
People liked it. Sorry you didn't. Deal with it.

People liked "Frozen", too.
What's your point? It's a fricking Internet forum and I had something to say.

Frozen was hardly awful. It wasnt great, but the songs are catchy as shite.

It was a pretty standard Disney movie. And those obviously resonate with most viewers, hence their popularity.
Problem is everyone fancies themselves an expert entertainment critic these days

I guess Im just easy to appease, but I rarely walk out of a movie saying I hated it. Maybe Im just good at avoiding movies I think would be awful. I just know a lot of people who regularly talk about movies they saw in theatre which they walked out of or some shite. I think the last legitimately terrible flick I paid to see was "Battleship" and I was taking my young cousins to see it.
I usually find aspects of movies to enjoy, even if they arent great movies overall. Its tough to "hate" an animated movie IMO.

Same. It's entertainment. If I'm even mildly entertained, it's better than the alternative.
And I'm usually greatly entertained. Partly because I have a wide range of things I'm interested in and do my due diligence on most movies before paying to see them.
Like I was saying earlier, though, I'll go to plenty of movies with folks, and they'll laugh and cry and carry on during the film and have a great time, then turn around and bash it on social media like it was the worst thing in the world

Film is incredible. So much to appreciate even in a movie with rote storytelling, tbh.

Last movie I ever paid money and walked out of was "MacGruber" like 7 years ago. Wasn't my idea to go see it--was tryna please a girl (before I started dating my wife).

After seeing her brief performance in the Deadwood series, I wouldn't be comfortable alone in a room with her. She can do sociopathic bitch REALLY well.

I wish I could report that that pussy was even half that good, but alas, it was not.
Girl was an airhead. I'm still facebook friends with her and she's actually stationed in KS, but we don't talk. She got weirder and weirder. Glad I stayed the frick away

I know that feel
A girl I hooked up with freshman year ended up being maybe the weirdest person I ever met. She literally tried to start blowing me with my roommate in the dorm at two in the afternoon while we were having a conversation he was actively involved in. And that was normal by her standards I later discovered.
