In-n-out.
Del Taco. But the California version. Much better than the Georgia Del Tacos. Maybe the ingredients aren't as fresh in the south.

Three only chain I miss from Louisiana is Brothers gas station chicken. Though I'd like to try in n out.

When we lived in Bakersfield, we used to really like eating at Famous Dave's. Wish we had one around here, but it isn't like Houston doesn't have some good bbq.

I miss Famous Dave's too. I would run over there on a sat afternoon and get that all american platter. Didn't have to cook squat for games.
It seems the only ones they have now are in Tennessee.

No. I avoid chains as much as possible as it is. I can't think of a single one that doesn't have a presence in Bham that I wish did.
