Autopsy says he had drugs in his system
Video shortly before shows he was aggressive and agitating
Witness on Video says that he was rushing the police officer
Officer has Hospital evidence of being hit forcefully in the face
bullet wounds are from the front of the body
The above are not opinions.....
My opinion is he rushed the cop, a struggle took place, he was shot.

A police officer asking you to get out of the street is a perfectly reasonable and lawful request if you're impeding traffic -- which is probably why they approached in the first place.
They don't need to explain anything if the cop's got a fractured orbital and forensic evidence.
I know you desperately want the police to be wrong in this situation but there is absolutely nothing that will come to light to prove it outside of video evidence.

It is a reasonable request. It is not reasonable to escalate that situation.
