We went 8-5 last year and won our bowl game. You went 4-8 and lost to Ga. Southern.

You probably should've just stuck to this...

I don't remember the last time someone blanked us. I'd rather lose to an FCS than get blanked. 25 - 0?

Let me guess though, making Tebow cry is worth more than a national championship?

child sexual abuse has to at least be considered for capital punishment in my estimation.

Why?

I'm extremely pro-death penalty and believe the process should be far more efficient and expedited in cases where the evidence is overwhelmingly conclusive. However, I cannot justify the state killing someone for sexual abuse.

sexual abuse to a child is to me one of the worst things possible that a human can do.would u want to kill someone if you call them molesting your 13 year old daughter or Son? I know for a fact that if I could I would probably kill that person on this spot I would beat him to death if possible in the most violent hurtful way I could do it

Well that's good, because that's what happened.

fricking social healthcare.

No fricking way. Imprisoning the criminally insane is in no way a kind of welfare. It's protecting the public. Our country once had the balls to do it and there were only the rare mass killings by lunatics.

They were all set free in the 1970s and we've seen mass killings become commonplace. We need to bring back mental institutions for the insane.

Of course I would, but I wouldnt be objective in that scenario. The legal system shouldnt be killing sex offenders IMO.

I agree, to an extent. Someone who rapes a young child has no place in our society and has ruined a persons life. Should they be put to death? IDK probably not but it would be a lot more economical for society.

I believe they should be castrated prior to ever being released from prison.

It should be socially and mutually agreed between the law and the citizenship, but legally unwritten, that if a child molestation is caught in the act, a summary citizen's execution will be overlooked.

Agreed, I would find it very hard to refrain from attempting to kill the person I caught molesting my child or any child for that matter.

Like in the Sandusky case, the coach who walked away when he witnessed the act of child rape in the shower, i would not have been able to walk away and would likely have been imprisoned for beating Sandusky or attempted murder charged. I do not know how that man could just walk a way at that moment, cannot fathom myself not doing something to stop it.

I have a family member , not blood related who was molested as a child. She's actually pretty normalamd very nice. I do question her judgement on certain things with how she has mothered her children. Not saying she has done anything to them or allowed anything to happen just that she allowed more than what, I would deem Appropriate. my niece got pregnant at the age of 15-16 by her 17-18 he old boyfriend at the time. Don't think the mother did much to discourage the behavior and often allowed d her to do things the father had said no to, they're now divorced. Their children are both 20+

Back on this topic. As a juror I wouldn't be able to convict a father for killing the person who molested his child.

You know any kids who were Sexualy abused? Were you ever molested? How about a younger sibling? How about having a child who was molested?

If the answer is no, then you need to shut the frick up.

Why death though? Let's experiment on them. I mean, we can get some net-worth out of them, right? Stop using animal testing, use pedo testing.

Something I've always wondered about child molestors is if there is anything we can do to prevent it. If we can diagnose it somehow and chemically castrate them. It's just so strange and demented. I just can't fathom why someone would want to do that, yet it seems to happen all the time.

Make the punishment for being caught so severe that the thought of touching a kid scares the shite out of them.

Don't they currently get shanked in general population? Doesn't seem to deter them. They are sick, twisted, demented people. I don't think they are thinking about the consequences, and I don't think they ever will.

That doesn't work. They will still abuse children even after being chemically or manually castrated. The offense is sexual, but their motive is power-driven.

Isn't it? Kentucker and I had a pretty good exchange (non-conflict) about it earlier in the thread.

Similarly, "A study analyzing the sexual fantasies of 200 heterosexual men by using the Wilson Sex Fantasy Questionnaire exam determined that males with a pronounced degree of paraphilic interest (including pedophilia) had a greater number of older brothers, a high 2D:4D digit ratio (which would indicate excessive prenatal estrogen exposure), and an elevated probability of being left-handed, suggesting that disturbed hemispheric brain lateralization may play a role in deviant attractions."

Also, bizarrely interesting.
