Nah, I never claimed to be perfect. Just that the color of a person's skin doesn't factor into my decisions or perceptions of folks on any level. That's not to say I don't have any other filters that may or may not be just, just that melanin levels aren't one of them. And furthermore, I think there are more and more folks like that--thankfully that's becoming more of the rule rather than the exception, in my experience (which, admittedly, is more limited than yours).

Generally not. I can't say this is 100% though.
I try to stay with the original concept of racism which deals with superiority. Everyone has prejudices or stereotypes, though these may not be solely based on race alone.

Oppressed no...but you step out of line and say something or do something that isn't main stream or politically correct and see just how quickly you become an example. Is it just white people? I think you have to be able to step outside yourself first and see what each race observes from their prospective.
I think right now the thought of being oppressed is laughable but I do think some people feel threatened. Not only for themselves but for their children and their childrens future. If you watch alot of media or even observe people in your workplaces and society you'll see how quickly "people" are publically ridiculed for everything that is said even if it is not meant in the way it is portrayed by the main stream media. There is definitely a double standard at times depending on who is doing it and what is popular. Some things are just not PC.
Yes, Media and television networks are beginning to focus on all things that are not white and Christian, but it's popular now just like it was popular to be racist and hate communism in past history.
Not that I agree or disagree. It's just an observation.
It's interesting to see the media, celebrities, and politicians rail against people for voicing their opinions or expressing thier beliefs. And they do this for ratings, popularity, and votes. Its accepted and allowed in the interest of preserving freedom of speech and freedom of press. Even if they are not respecting those people's rights to the same. This is not just a black and white thing. Over the years people have learned that if you want to get things done you have to do it in numbers, you have to be the loudest, and you have to go after one's livelihood. This was taught by trial and error and it was motivated by hate. Who's hate? Only an ignorant person could turn and point the finger at one race of people.
However back to the question at hand. If there is a war on white people don't expect it to be an openly violent war as a whole. It will be a suttle changing of America through influence, favoritism, and neglect public and private.
The real question should be how will we prepare our children to thrive in a world we do not know?

I think when politicians and the general public who enjoy playing the race card so easily start recognizing the fact that the racial stereotypes we perceive are (more than not) actually based on SOCIAL issues, standards, and values then we will truly start making progress towards a more racially harmonious society. For example, if I see a thug selling crack on the street I don't care if he's white, black, or green while I do have a love for that person b/c he's a special creation with a soul, I'm not gonna invite him into my house and expose my family to that social aspect of his life he's chosen... I don't feel that makes me a racist or a ("reverse"... I guess) "Uncle Tom". Doesn't make him one either if he sees me walk out of church on Sunday and has disdain for me b/c of it.
