Moderation is in the eye of the beholder. If you become twitchy, perhaps you've crossed the line.

Pun intended.

How did you come to decide on your new pet name for me that you've grown such an affinity for?

First, don't hold in your shite until time of explosion. At least give yourself time to fetch a roll of TP if needed.

I get it...holding in your poop can be oddly pleasurable. Have I disappeared into the basement and stood behind the bar with my legs crossed while puckering my arse cheeks tightly together to squeeze in a poop? Sure. Who hasn't? Sometimes it feels great! And then when you can't hold it any longer the toilet bowl explosion is like a natural high. A huge relief.

However, I already know in advance that TP is on the roll before I hit the toilet.

If you can't plan ahead, don't hold in your poop otherwise you deserve to be in this predicament.

Dear Killz,

My boss asks for feedback and then defends or ignores it. Do you have any feedback on feedback?

Dear Confused at Work,

I imagine that this can be annoying. However, make certain that you provide calculated and educated feedback. Don't provide feedback simply to be heard.

That doesn't answer the question.

You think that taking chantix and risking the side effects would be worth it to stop smoking?

Not Killz, but i would risk the side effects. Smoking is horrible for you, and will cause severe health problems. i just lost an aunt i loved very much to COPD; she smoked for decades. If you smoke, please quit.

Now Killz can give you the more entertaining answer.

should I mention that one of the side effects is Depression / Thoughts of suicide?

I've tried patches, cold turkey, and gum none have really worked long term. It's the last thing on my list of 15 things I want to change about myself because I know it's the hardest.

Well, like anything, the side effects only impact a very small % of people. And if you start to feel depressed or suicidal, you should obviously talk to your doctor.

You could also try hypnosis, I've heard that works really well for some people.

Oreedo,

Actually, Semo gave you great advice.

Smoking is not only terrible for you, but also terrible for the non-smokers around you. You're not only killing yourself, but potentially killing other people as well. Think about that for a moment. Your potentially a serial killer. Whoa!

Why be scared of suicide as a side effect? Smoking is suicide. You're already committing a form of suicide right now...

Try switching to those vapor e-cigs. Heard the transition isn't too difficult, and quitting from those is a lot easier.

Dear Killz

What kind of persona should my alter have? I was thinking something classy like an upwardly mobile corporate MILF type who just happens to love her Razorbacks. What should I do?
