Wrenchruh,
We speak the same language.
Any mad scientist understands that cloning an alter is a risky endeavor, but the rewards are great if your alter can evade detection.
I suggest you create an alter who hates you. Gender doesn't matter. And make certain to have heated conversations with your alter. Interaction between you and your alter is what pumps your alter's lifeblood.

I watched my dog die of cancer at 2:12 am this morning. I'm a hysterical wreck right now.
Should I go get drunk? I'm thinking yes.
I would say don't get drunk. Alcohol is only a temporary solution to problems or emotional grievance. Essentially, drinking postpones emotional pain to a later date. You gain nothing from it other than numbing the pain...but the pain still exists deep inside your soul and it'll wait to torture you another time.
I suggest you confront your loss head on...and sober. Force yourself to remember all of the good times with your dog. Forget the sad moments. Allow those moments to fade from your memory.
Look at pictures...cry...look at more pictures...cry. Be emotional. Allow yourself to grieve.
Call a close friend or family member who was familiar with your dog or who happened to share valuable experiences with your dog. Tell stories about your dog. Laugh. Cry.
Once again, confront your loss head on. You'll never move on properly if you delay your loss with alcohol. And, remember how great of a companion you were to your dog. You were there for him when he needed you most...
...and because you were there for him when he needed you most, he died in peace with love in his heart. And trust me when I tell you to feel comfort in the fact that he knew he was fortunate to have a wonderful loving companion in his life. Feel comfort knowing that his last image of you was, in his heart and soul, a blessing.

PS. Once you've grieved a little, get out of your house. Go for a country drive. Put some music in the car and drive down a meandering country road with the purpose to get lost.
It is when we are lost that we discover ourselves. There is more truth in that than you realize.
You'll feel better when you come back home. Enlightened.
Damn Killz that's actually pretty solid.

You in Missouri yet? You do realize you're gonna become a true son of Missouri, right?

Did you enjoy the meal before you cracked open the fortune cookie?

I ate at a local Chinese restaurant for lunch today. When the meal was over I cracked open my fortune cookie and it said, "Congratulations, now you know what cat tastes like!" What should I do? Should I use the lucky numbers on the fortune in the next Powerball drawing?

Extraterrestrials
ET made contact with the Earth a few billion years ago when meteorites and asteroids harboring microbes - comets the essence of life - pummeled our planet.
In fact, life on Earth may be the extraterrestrial.
If you're a Christian, you must believe in aliens because God and the angels are simultaneously terrestrial and extraterrestrial.
I mean, how do you explain heaven? Even if heaven exists on another dimensional plane or perhaps in an alternate universe (which quantum physics supports, btw), that would imply that heaven is not of this Earth....which makes God and his angels extraterrestrial.
So, no matter if you have a religious or scientific point of view (or a blend of both), in some form you support a belief in extraterrestrial life whether thru faith or scientific theory.
Mars
Humans will walk on Mars before 2050, assuming that we haven't annihilated our species before then.
