for this very reason I don't allow my son to play with any of his toy gun outside the house. I don't know if people are simply to stupid now-days to figure out how to handle situation like that or is it just the shitty times we live in. Or maybe he should have just laid on the ground with his hands up ;)

Umm, Alton Sterling was armed. And that's just the most recent.

Terrorist lmao, I'd love to hear that explained

The definition of domestic terrorism:

quote:

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion;

or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

Cornell Law - 18 U.S. Code 2331

Your examples that fit the definition above:

Black Lives Matter attacks journalist in Oakland, vandalizes stores

"Some in the crowd throw rocks and fireworks at police.....The St. Paul Police Department said 21 of its officers were hurt, including one who had a brick dropped on him from an overpass." - St. Paul, MN Black Lives Matter Protestors Turn Violent

Tamir Rice was playing with a toy gun that was made to look real and had the orange cap removed. He was also pointing it at people and people called and reported it.

And the lady reporting it even said I was a fake gun... but feel free to continue the justification of murdering a 12 year old

On a side note I am not offended by any hashtag.I am a equal opportunity a-hole I think most police involved shooting are justified regardless of the race of the police officer or the criminal who got shot.I look at cases individually.

What the lady said is beside the point. The police were faced with a person with a realistic weapon and responded with force. It happens and it sucks that a young man died but thats what happens . You calling everything a murder is why most do not take your hashtag serious.

you didn't seem like you weren't and that's how I tend to view me also. All the cases keep ending with the same result though.

You're giving an uninformed opinion which is half the problem with some of these people. If they got a call in saying they think its a fake gun then why get out of the car shooting? Why not talk to the kid from down the street through the car's PA system. Ending a life shouldn't be your first response in that situation.

Yet you have a man who tried to blow up a bomb in walmart because of a state flag change, or multiple mass shootings targeting children, African Americans, movie theatres you name it.

Playing victim, I see. It's indisputable that young black men commit more crime per capita than any other demographic, and it's not even close. When you commit half of violent crimes, you'd expect to be involved in half of police shootings, yet they are involved FAR less frequently than that.

The members of the BLM terrorist group accomplish nothing by lying about racially profiling. They impede those who would actively seek to change devalued education, high crime, extreme poverty, and an epidemic of fatherless children that exists in many black communities.

This cop's actions are inexcusable, and I hope he's punished, but the BLM (as you did above) will use a statistically rare event to perpetuate lies, espouse murder, promote terror, and accelerate the decay of poor black communities.

I have stated before that sometimes the police are wrong and have to pay the price like the rest of us. They cannot be made above the law like politicians have become.

The lady could have said it was a squirt gun and it would still not be confirmed. The gun looked like a real gun and a child paid the price for a childish mistake. The police did what they had to do and until BLM acknowledges these individuals have blame then they are just a aggravation.

....which means they're serving their purpose. If they don't do anything else the fact that these issues can't be swept under a rug with not even an explanation given is progress. It's a very sensitive subject and one people won't agree on because it's not meant to be so. But when you look at the history of everything this country has done and accomplished, it's at the expense of the exploitation and demeaning of another culture through "VIOLENCE". Yet, these same people who can stand on national TV this very week and say that "White people have contributed more to the world than anybody else" could tell black people not to be violent and to push for change peacefully is blasphemy. Not fooling me.

You're as bad at this as the BLM is. You can't posit that forcing yourself on a woman because she has consensual sex with others is the equivalent of confronting those who commit armed robbery, rape or homicide.

Well, technically, I guess you can, but that's just adding on one more lie.

Racism exists, but lying about it only renders efforts to end it impotent and meaningless. And honestly, it's NOT the biggest problem facing black communities. It's honestly near the bottom of the list.

There have been many great things accomplished by this country. What great things have been accomplished by demeaning another culture?

You're going to need to provide a link for that. I've never seen anything like that on broadcast television.

They are not serving any purpose except making more enemies out of people by blocking traffic and being violent. Eventually people are going to push back against these idiots and they are not going to like it.

Your pictures were the first I've seen or heard of that. It doesn't look like she was doing anything sick or foul to me.

Was she possibly being disruptive to the speaker? Insulting to the people she was sharing her message with?

Or was she truly just waving a banner asking for an end to hate and racism? If that's the case, those people snatching her banner and draping the flag over her are certainly in the wrong.
