the average pedestrian was able to figure something out that police couldn't, go figure. Like I said the regulation as to who can be a cop is a joke. I got two friends that are cops and it amazes me that those two have so much power being the lesser intelligent of our social circle by a long haul. Tell you what, they start killing little white boy's and some shits gonna change.

There is also audio submitted last week of a NYPD police chief telling his officer to target blacks and Latinos and that his black arrests weren't high enough for the year. Also add in the fact of the panel of NYPD officers that were interviewed last week gave statements of similar things within the department. They also said that they were restricted from arresting bankers on Wallstreet who would openly smoke joints outside during the day and that if they said anything they'd get a call from the mayors office and likely lose their jobs. Given that last point and the disparity of white drug use vs. incarceration for it is why I laugh when people start spewing crime statistics.

You're glossing over the fact that the caller said it was "probably fake but it's scaring the shite out of me", and that "probably fake" information was never relayed to the officer. They were responding to a call about an armed man waving a gun around.

This was a wrongful death, certainly, because it turned out to be a pellet gun, but there's no indication that it was racially motivated, except that people have told you to believe it was.

They kill white people more often than black people already and most deserved it. I have already stated that when cops are wrong they should be punished but most shootings are justified. I also agree with you about making the requirements for police work tougher.

for you folks saying racism isn't as big an issue as it seems, tell that to Leslie Jones the black actress in the Ghostbusters movie. All she did was make a movie....

You obviously didn't take the time to read her own racist tweets as she has plenty of times taken whites to task, and then after she sent a biggoted tweet to Milo, claimed her acct was hacked. It's what the left always does. No personal responsibility for anything. Always playing the victim.

The idiot cop was aiming at the patient. And the cop was Latino. Miami paper
You folks would be more persuasive if you would wait until you have an actual case of intentional murder before you bitch and complain.

wait wait wait.....so the cop accidently shot Charles Kinsey to protect him from being shot by his autistic patients toy car....so why did the police handcuff Charles and left him bleeding after they shot him???

I bet you were like a dog in heat ready to jump on whatever bullshite they came up with. Of all the cop lies I've heard this was probably the worst.

Cop was trying to shoot the patient who he thought had a gun and missed. He messed up and will pay the price.
Let me ask you this, if BLM really mattered why are there no protests with the high amount of B on B crime that results in people getting killed everyday but the only time there is outrage its only when it involves LEO.. Why are there no protests on the amount of abortions done to a higher amount of AA babies than any other race

So gross negligence on the dispatcher, charge them with manslaughter. Light sarcasm, but wtf?

Find a post where I said it was racially motivated. It doesn't exist. This is about cops murdering innocent people of all shades.

This shite is exactly why people are pissed and shooting cops. Absolutely no punishment for this behavior. I'm not saying I condone random violence, especially against the people not involved in these incidents, but I know why some feel pushed this far. It sucks, but something has to give outside of taxpayers footing the bill for police incompetence. These settlements shoukd come out of pension plans. I bet we'd see some behavior modification.

Go to your local interstate and try to block traffic. We may listen to you then.

There are several issues that need to be addressed; and that we have to be honest about with respect to law enforcement.

1. Overzealous cops that use excessive force (regardless of race)

2. Unprepared/scared cops who shouldn't be allowed to handle deadly weapons

3. Culture of covering up and protecting bad cops at all costs throughout the law enforcement community

We also have to be honest about the general public's approach to law enforcement encounters.

1. Obey. The. Law.

2. Getting stopped by law enforcement is not a license to be belligerent. They have a job to do--do your part to make it go smoothly.

3. Stop promoting a culture of martyrdom where there is never a justified cop shooting, even when the civilian in question was in the wrong.

Show me where this bullshite helped Charles Kinsey... but it's cool cause the officer was trying to shoot the mentally challenged man, who also broke no law nor posed a threat
