Again, thinking outside the anthropomorphic box, it would appear to an objective observer that viruses have the superiority since they use us to make more of them. That has to be a humbling conclusion.

Basically they were renting out their barn as a venue and it's considered a business. That means they'd fall under the umbrella of local discrimination laws at that point because it's considered a business.

And the issue that came up here with this whole barn renting business was a zoning issue. There was a farm that was regularly renting their barn out for parties and creating issues in terms of traffic, noise, etc. The neighboring farm/owners brought up the issue of zoning since it was a residential area. I think the folks running the business ended up having to shut it down. I can't remember though.
