I'm in catfish farming. We are as unprofessional as it comes so I really think of any.
I miss how we used to deal with conflicts between employees...we would wait till 5 I clock, everyone stood in a circle drinking beer and watched the 2 employees fight it out. Whoever won kept their job and the loser was fired.
That was so much fun

I hate it when someone says "kinda" or "kind of". Sounds so wishy washy. Either something is black or white. Stop being afraid to say something with conviction dammit!

X-"specialist"
Ok you're not special or educated in the process it's just the only thing you don't screw up half the time.

Another one that gets me: "It is what it is"
No shite buddy! You might as well say something equally useless like "water is hydrous"
What you mean is that you don't like the situation but you are powerless to change it.

In sales.
Any reference to a magic wand. If you/I could wave a magic wand and fix/change the current situation.

We had Lync and it is now Skype! These people can literally send me an IM! But they still email me a single question in the subject line.
Same here. On the flipside of that, I'll have a teacher message me when I'm not at my desk and it clearly shows me "away for x mins" about sending a kid to me and then when the kid ends up roaming the hall because I wasn't at my desk they'll pull the "But I messaged you!".
I love the meetings that aren't "mandatory" but when you don't go someone bitches about you not being at the "voluntary" meeting. If I need to be there, just make it fricking mandatory.

My district lieutenant would always tell us to "back brief" him after an incident.

It isn't business jargon, but the phrase "short meeting" drives me nuts. Silicon Valley people are the worst.
Schedule a conference room, send out agendas, send out bagel and cream cheese request sheets, gather in the conference room, chat a bit, pass out the bagels, try to figure out what happened for the people that got the wrong bagel, write a memo to improve the bagel process for future meetings, get some coffee, check messages, allow time to respond to important messages, discuss the agenda... not what is actually on the agenda, but the new agenda app, get people to download the app, review features of the app, bring up a sample agenda, discuss the merits of the features they are using, look at your agenda, talk about what should be improved in your agenda, start the meeting, stop the meeting to clean up bagel trash, restart the meeting, go to the first item on the agenda, get off track as quickly as possible, stop the meeting because there are people outside that have also scheduled the conference room, see if other rooms are available, stop the meeting and reschedule, etc.

Deep Dive
Close Hold - although that one is my fault. I heard it on the West Wing and I liked how it sounded, so I started using it around the office. 3 years later everyone but me uses it.
