I think the Farmer's Market is the only location. Their brisket is legit. I am moving in a month. I think I am going to hit it up on Saturday.

I used to think the same thing until I had it done right. I am moving to Nashville next month and I am going to miss getting some good brisket.
BBQ is regional in style, cuts, and types of meat. It is hard to get good pulled pork here. It is even harder to find a bbq joint that does good brisket in TN, AL, NC, GA, and MS.

I don't think the shed is bad. It's just not nearly as good as people act like. It's just decent bbq. Nothin more.

I went there when it was newish...it didn't blow my mind. I guess it has become better.

I live in MS. I enjoy bbq from alabama, GA, TN, TX, SC. My favorite is brisket. BBQ does not get any better than a perfect brisket. If you don't think it's bbq, then fine. Doesn't make a damn difference.

The biggest knock on Commissary is that it doesn't have brisket, which for me is the benchmark by which all BBQ is measured. I don't give a flying flip about pulled pork. Their ribs are good but not as good BBQ Shop Or Central, so I can't ever warrant stopping in Commissary when I'm in Memphis.
