Your point is important.
Whites outnumber blacks.
The thing that sucks is these issues become race issues -- by design.
Instead of everyone wondering why we're the most imprisoned nation on earth, (why) private prisons make profit off of tax payer funding, (why) police departments need quota's ect.
Those are everybody issues, but our political branding, and our skin tone divide us, allowing the conquerers to continue conquering.
Whites outnumber blacks.

With what he's saying, even with twice as many whites getting busted, a black person is still more likely to get busted than a white person on an individual basis by 35%.
It's like Aggies claiming they have more hot women than Ole Miss because they have 12,000 hot girls and Ole Miss has 11,000, while ignoring the female OM population is 95% hot and the aggy female population is 45% hot.

You shoot IPSC? IDPA? I did for years. Any matches around the Southeast in particular, your favorite ranges?
MOUT/CQB I get for you city dwellers - it'll come-in handy.
Us country boys have a different approach in mind for the bad guys when the time comes.

Most of us who are familiar with MOUT are probably classically militarily trained - infantry guys of one sort or another.
I remember when they built the MOUT training facility at Bragg in the 70s. My unit helped break-it-in. Even though MOUT was a major skill to know in WWII, it wasn't so-much in Korea and Vietnam except for the Battle of Hu?. So, we neglected MOUT training for years really, until the late 70s and early 80s, then everyone got serious about it again.
Although, the Berlin Brigade guys practiced more than anyone in the world, and always had, since 1945.
MOUT is the nastiest sort of warfare IMHO. I've always said give me a good desert or jungle fight over MOUT ops anyday ... and for that reason I refuse to live in or near a city. Cities are fricked under any and all circumstances, good or bad.

You'd shite at the MOUT ran ge at Camp Shelby. Full concrete middle eastern town that injects sounds, SMELLS, Flashes, power outages ETC.. sub level infrastructure. Crazy amount of detail.

I actually got the full tour at Shelby with a buddy of mine a couple of years ago when we were down there for a duck hunt. He was still active duty with 35, and a former private of mine, and I was there hunting with another guy we served with who is now doing blue badge work somewhere over there in the rock pile.
Yeah, it was impressive. Everything was going that way back in the 70s and 80s. Reagan even told us before Gallant Eagle 82 that the next big long term fights would be in African and Middle Eastern cities. We actually thought we'd be going into Iran at that time ... we drilled for an invasion of Iran pretty much 24/7/365.
We should have done it then and gotten it over with.
