I just read a different article on Diaz. It was a reminder to me of how far we have come under Mullen. The facilities, stadium, and players are all vastly improved since Diaz came here last time. I do believe that he can take what we have and mold it into a very solid group.

If nothing else, maybe this will stop.

1B runs onto field.
Allyn; "Oh, shite!"
Swede: "Allyn!"
Allyn: "Did I just say that outloud?"
Swede: "Yes."
Allyn to himself: "Oh, shite."

Seems to me that the defense will be solid again and there wont be any more runaways like the Ole Miss and Georgia Tech games

Still the same conversation but with a good inflection like "dayum our D is wrecking their shite".

When I read the write up from his presser where his comment was "10 wins is erased, we have to get better" I knew we had the right man.

I do like that mentality, but we got the right man will be determined at the end of next season.

Allyn I think the stadium should have been reseated according to a small questionnaire:

1. Do you plan on drinking alcohol at DWS? (Circle One) Before, During, Both.

If Yes please see: 3)

2. Do you like to stand up and hell a good bit?
(Circle One) Stand up, Yell, Hell Yes Both

3. Are you prone to curse a little bit when you're getting rowdy at DWS?
(Circle One) Yes, No, Hell Yes

They could have divided us all up into about 3 categories with that and made everyone very happy. For young alumni like myself I usually find myself in the HELL YESS category which makes me not great around the families who like to be proper. I'm sorry but a football game is not a place for proper, but since the sober/ non-cursing fashion exists we can certainly make reservations for them.

The Swede curses more than I do, but she curses in Swedish, so she can get away with it with the Geezers. I do use "For Helvede". (For-hell-vuh-duh) It sounds like a mild curse word, but it translates as "For fricks Sake".

I had an old bitch try to yell down from the skyboxes to tell me to sit down when we were about to foil the Arky game.. A whole section away. Pisses me off to no end.
