In Murphy's defense, he was always hurt after the LSU game.

Had he been healthy at least, I feel that UF MIGHT have been able to beat Mizzou and UGA.

Well, maybe not Mizzou. UF's defense just didn't show up that week at all.

Of course it's his to share. I just think it's wildly optimistic. I'd say the same thing to a Georgia fan if they predicted us to go 11-1 and we have an easier schedule and less questions about the team.

This is not an objective board, man. We'd be fortunate to get 9. 8 is a good number, 11 or 12 is just insane. We just went 4 - 8, couldn't beat an FCS, got destroyed by a mid-tier SEC team and beaten by all of those teams we need to stop this year.

LSU, FSU, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Missouri and Vanderbilt are all potential losses. I don't expect to lose all of those games, but we would need an extraordinary amount of fortunate to go through that unscathed.

Almost impossible.

GTFO with this bullshite. Most people here are reasonable. Most think 8-4ish. Is that not objective or to your liking?

Y'all Dawgs think Bobo has figured out how to OC but it was really having a 4 year starter at QB.

Y'all nothing. I will say he has grown as an OC but there is a reason he's never been offered a head coaching job.

Injuries are an excuse for us, but not for Georgia Southern -- is not a reasonable statement, son. It sure didn't hamper them from beating us, I don't see why scheming is less important than personnel at Florida.

Because he is secretly UG's HCIW.

Link where someone said anything about GSUs excuses.

I'm concerned with your comprehension ability, so instead of just giving you the thousands of times where injuries were an excuse for us -- I'll give you a lecture to boot.

I am implying (suggesting by logical inference) that we continually hear the same song and dance about injuries so I introduce a scenario.

A perfectly lucid, comparable and appropriate scenario.

To demonstrate why bringing up injuries is a moot point. It doesn't demonstrate anything

because

If Georgia Southern has 19 players on the injured list as opposed to our 18...

If Georgia Southern has 65 scholarships as opposed to 85...

If Georgia Southern is in a weaker division...

If Georgia Southern has weaker players.

And they still beat us.

Then that means, by implication (logical implication) injuries are not a worthy excuse, because if it were, Georgia Southern would have lost since they had more injuries, fewer players and lesser talent.

I sincerely hope this makes sense to you.
