We should be able to use that when recruiting NC prospects I would imagine.

What makes you say that Dax is likely out of the picture?

Just the way Dax has been since mid summer, tells our coaches hed be in but blows them off to go up to VT.
I believe Gilmore will end up here, but they are taking a wait and see approach. I also get the feeling that he is wary to come, due to his name and the expectations that would come with (Shamier Jeffrey).

I know that he is considered a long shot to be in the class but I really hope we can land Jermaine McMillan.
Kid is a baller and has a ton of upside, and great size. Without Dean in the class I'd love to land him due to his size and flexibility. IMO he has much better hips and is much more fluid than Dean.

this isn't about 2018 recruiting but Thought that it deserved a mention. Quavarius Crouch, 2019's #2 RB in the nation, will be in attendance for Saturday's game vs. UK.

Don't the taters have the #1 RB in the '19 class coming to them? Can't remember who it was that Boom was going to scout after last week's game but it seems I recall that the kid was the #1 recruit in the nation at his position and was already a tater commit. Be cool as hell if we flipped him and got this kid as well and have both the #1 and the #2 recruits.
Rick Sandidge was at UNC's game Saturday as a guest. His mama tweets and posts on FB the stuff teams are using as recruiting tools and the things we are using are cool as frick and unmatched (legally, anyway) by the rest recruiting him. One was a puzzle we had made and the pieces formed a pic of him in his high school uni, then a Gamecock uni, then his Carolina cap & gown and then a pic that he hasn't gotten the pieces to yet that complete the puzzle. Apparently we send the pieces a few at a time. Positive the last pic has something to do with the NFL. Anyway, they thought that was the coolest thing in the world.

Really have no faith in us pulling XT or Dax, Horn I do believe trob gets a flip. Tindall is ours to lose.

That all seems to be the general consensus.
We need to continue to improve on the field ... pull a couple of major upsets perhaps. Maybe it would pay surprise dividends.
I gotta admit - I almost hesitate to post this - but I've heard some things that make me have second thoughts about the Dax kid. Like maybe he could cause some chemistry issues in an egocentric self-centered sorta way.
We were up in Charlotte, in Concord, visiting with friends before departing for Vegas and his name came up ... but who knows.
If UNC implodes who knows. It was said he is definitely considering us publicly, but not privately. Likes the attention without having to burn an official.

Tindall was going to be the next but pushed it back. Not sure when he's looking to commit now.

He's tweeted he will be there. Also, some fans have started a campaign to have the "We want Dax" chant started Saturday at Willy B and Dax replied that he'd love it if we did that.
