Sep 26, 2015. Southern @ UGA. 48-6.

What're the odds that UGA can score 40 against Samford?

Depends on how many times that man-sized meatball-with-a-hat wants to run that bitchin' wildcat offense...

3 touchdowns, 4 field goals this week. Dawgs win 33-16.

And that's Southern.

Georgia offensive numbers for the previous four years are pretty incredible.
Bobo was a bad man

It had been 17 games since we won by more than 14 until App State. We have a lot to work on and reps needed, so I could see us rolling it up in this one. Although, I heard they are rated as the 11th best FCS school...

Something to consider:

Bobo's style was to get up in the first half then grind clock in the second half.

Normally that would make your point totals lower, but with gurley and our badass line for a good stretch there, we continued scoring even while trying to grind. Beautiful and demoralizing to opponents... but it's not a result of bobo being a genius or running anything unique, just good solid grown man football.

Prior to the Gurley-Murray combo, people called him Blow-Bo. For a reason.

I like him, but the martyrdom is silly.

Which is not that common in modern football. Ya know, in the kingdom of the blind....

That's what we've been missing. I think part of that is having 5 starting QBs in 5 years (Murray, Mason, Lambert, Eason, and Fromm) but on the other hand, you don't have to have a complex offense to put up offense. Sometimes it's just best to keep it simple and let your talent do its thing. I think Chaney is trying to get creative and it turns out like me trying to paint something; crap gets slung everywhere and it looks like a pile of garbage at the end.

Additionally, having three OC's in four years with alot more assistant turnover.

That has a real effect.

Then go back six years. Hell I think we scored 50 with Joe Cox, on the road at Arkansas ,if my memory serves me correctly.
How would you rate our quarterback play since Bobo left? Just asking.
