I think the best bet is just ride it out with Freeze at this point. No one is coming here. When we get this two year bowl ban players are going to jump ship. There will be other teams actively recruiting our players. It would take 5 to 7 years to get the depth back. That is with very good recruiting.

OM has to throw EVERYTHING it has at not getting a two year bowl ban. There is no return from it.

Bo Davis got a two year show-cause for a level 3 violation. Y'all we aren't going to have a football program for the better part of a decade.

Man, what's got y'all all downtrodden tonight? What's changed from several weeks to months ago? Is there some new revelation out there I haven't heard about?

Honestly, how many conference games do you expect us to win over the next 5 years? We are probably looking at something like 14-26 record. How many West opponents are we supposed to beat when we're down 20 scholarships?

It's basically today's version of the Death Penalty. And, the NCAA made it clear that they were gonna grind this one out until the got the evidence they needed to justify a predetermined outcome.

It will be a miracle if we don't get the two years, and the show cause for HF.

I'm not sure what you mean. Did you not read what i wrote? Davis got a 2 year show cause for a level 3. We are all but admitting most of our level 1s are true. This thread is probably going to look really silly in about the next 8 months.

It likely will look silly. However you have to admit the investigators had an ax to grind....you can not really tell me that what they found in a 4.5 year investigation isn't going on at every single SEC campus. I mean "hunting" on somebody's land, attending an FCA event when you don't know the FCA leader had baseball season tickets a couple years back or an athlete crashing on a couch when you just had a brawl with your Step-Dad. Also what happens if one or more of the incriminating accusations by players at other schools end up being proved wrong. Will the NCAA be able to stand on anything at that point and what will the COI do? Pretty sure that is where the lawyers are focusing and proving that this was not endorsed by the administration or staff. Still think we end up getting raped but I think the NCAA will not walk away without some egg on their face if 25% of what I have been told is true.

Davis got a show cause because he lied to the NCAA. Had no effect on Satan.

Barney lied to NCAA. Will have no effect on CHF,
