best i had was in yokohama. had a sushi bar there that was 4000 yen, all u can eat and drink.
not hard to make tuna rolls. a big slab of tuna on top of a rice roll wrapped with one strand of seaweed, not the bullshite with a little bit of tuna stuck in the middle of rice totally wrapped.
i'm not a fan of all the stupid american shite that gets called "sushi". not enough meat, or it's crab, shrimp or some other horseshite. cream cheese, sauces?...wtf. if it ain't wassabi, it doesn't go on my sushi.
