Who's the biggest NFL bust in SEC history. It's pretty simple one of these twos are clearly going to be the winner so I'll give you some stats and you chose
1) Trent Richardson
The # 3 overall pick by the Cleveland Browns in 2012 has now been with 4 different NFL teams. He's been consistently overweight and lazy.
Here's his NFL stats
2,032 yards (half in his rookie season)
17 touchdowns
2) JaMarcus Russell
Russell was the # 1 overall pick in 2008
All you really need to know is his career 18 tds vs 23 int.
So who you got in the battle of Richardson vs Russell?

Trent Richardson is not a bust. You idiots will peddle anything to make yourself feel better about losing to Bama

I vote AU24 as the biggest bust in Rant history

How is he not a bust?
He was drafted #3 overall, and has never averaged more than 3.6 ypc (his rookie year). He's awful, and didn't even play last season, his 5th year out of college

he's absolutely a bust. not as big of a bust as Jamarcus, simply because JR was the #1 overall pick, but it's pretty undeniable he's a bust unless he somehow becomes one of the best backs in the league in his second chance. it has nothing to do with LSU losing to ALabama (Trent was 2-2 against LSU btw), it's just the truth

Yea, the Bama Busts thing is overdone by pretty much everyone, but Trent is the definition of a bust so far.

And I don't think you can consider Lacy or Ingram busts
Ingram has turned into one of the better all around backs. His improvement in the receiving game and pass blocking game has been impressive. Screams work ethic

Nope. Lacy has performed, in the net, probably about right at his draft spot in the 2nd round. Ingram has probably underperformed a late 1st round pick value, but not by a whole ton and he has been a contributor all of his years.
