Momentum with Marvin Wilson is in our favor right now.

Also, forget Thunder and Lighting, LB will be stacked this year

Dear Lord I hope you are right. We need at least 3 DE's, 2 or 3 DT's & 2 LB's in this class after all the attrition this year.

Here are the seniors that will be leaving.
Plus you could see Webster and Haynes go if the season goes well.

DL DJ Jones
DL Gross
DE Brown
LB Mageo
S Conner
C Bridges
DE Youngblood
LB Caldwell
C K. Moore
C Davis
LB Strong

Well right now in this class we have
DE - 3 (2 Juco)
LB - 2
CB - 1

We need
DT - 2 or 3 (depending on if some DE can play here
CB - 1
DE - 1 (but might take 2 if one is DT/DE player)
S - 2
LB - 1 (MLB)

Thoughts?

I'm not saying it's gonna happen, but it is possible as of now.

We lead for a certain LB too, think screwdriver.

Walker Little looked like a stud in the final 5 at the opening. Isn't his brother and sister already enrolled at OM

As in a certain style of screwdriver that is opposite of a flathead?

Maybe a Phillips head screwdriver? I like it.

News on Trey Smith. Narrowed list to 6 schools, including Ole Miss.

I don't think anyone thought we wouldn't make the top 6 but the interview was very telling. He knew the most about Ole MIss and why he liked it.

FWIW, one of the kids committed to Alabama (VanDarius Cowan) told SEC Country yesterday that he thinks Wilson is favoring Bama at the moment.

Couple that with Walker Little getting CB'd to Stanford by multiple people this weekend and people on our side are cautiously optimistic with Marvin Wilson.

Tate Martell is laughably bad in this game on espnU.

Ball must not have been deflated to his liking:

Stanford was getting some CB's for a 5 star OT this week too. Just my opinion but I don't think they get both of them.

Would he really play QB in college? He's 5ft 10in? He has to play slot or something right?

Yeah I saw those too. It was Foster Sarell, the kid from Washington state.

I know Little is an OM legacy, but there is just something special about getting that Stanford offer that causes kids to follow their own path. We all thought we were a shoe-in to land high 4-Star TE Kaden Smith from Texas last year because his sister attended UA. Welp, Stanford offered and he accepted on the spot.

Well the resident dual threat QB experts on tRant, Texas A&M fans, have said for awhile that the comparisons to Manziel are unwarranted due to his hand size, not his height. I guess Manziel has a huge hand for someone his size whereas Martell has carnie hands.

Johnny is 6 ft though and he did have big hands. Not many people can palm a football like Manziel did. This guy obviously doesn't because he has to deflate balls.

Well Little hasn't accepted and while a Stanford offer is tempting I still don't think they sign both of them. Besides having the obvious ties to Ole Miss he can play early and in the SEC. If he can play early in the SEC he will get drafted making more money in the NFL. All I am saying is just because he got two crystal balls to Stanford doesn't mean he's going to Stanford.
