Just go pick up some salmon filets and a couple cedar planks. Me and the wife love 'em. Bout 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so.
My in laws live on the beach too. I may need to give em a ring and have em ship up some salty goodness.

If it's snapper you want, hope they got some in the freezer. Season ended Tuesday.

I always enjoy a red snapper. That's what I'm having for dinner. Best part about this one is it only takes about 5 min to marinade and it's extremely juicy. For dessert I'll enjoy a chocolate starfish. Wife will be having tube steak and a protein shake.

That's pretty mild isn't it?
I'll probably go to kroger on my lunch break and see what they've got that catches my eye. I'm sure I'll end up with a fryer chicken or pork tenderloin though. Old habits are hard to break.

You like your starfish laid out for a few hours to let the aroma extract, or do prefer fresh sashimi style? I prefer mine somewhere in the middle, I like a little flavor in my food.

Looking for something different and healthy to throw on the pit tomorrow night. Was thinking some type of fish but I always do tuna and not sure what other options I have that don't taste like rotten twat
This is why I said Tilapia.
You can also do fish tacos with them. Get some broccoli slaw, a good sauce and some nice tortillas

Got some turkey legs to smoke. Came home and they stank to high heaven. Taking them back tomorrow. Luckily I got some pork tenderloins as well so I'll be grilling them tonight.
I've got them marinating in allegro with some nice spices rubbed in. Was planning on a longer cook then just tenderloin tonight so I'm gonna catch a buzz while the grill is going for an hour or two.

By far. It's my goto with any meat that's not poultry. It's got a great flavor and isn't sodium blasted like that salt syrup Dales.
I can let allegro marinate over night and not have to worry about it overpowering the meat but adds just enough flavor and great juices.

Got the cooker at 425 gonna throw on real quick for a sear then throw the diffuser plate on and simmer it down to 300. Bout to light a nice cigar and enjoy the night with the wife.

Final product. Most of the juices are from the pork. I finger blasted my wife and made her squirt over the top once they got through cooking to reverse sear it. Adds a bit of a salty twang.
