I'm not doing much cooking during the week here lately. I've been watching my alcohol consumption during the week and I can be on the grill without a beer or scotch. Yes, it sucks but the amount of money I've been saving is impressive.

I've still got about 40 lbs of hog meat in my cooler so I will be throwing the frick down this weekend.

Oic, I figured that would happen. Oh well shite happens right? I did it through a chain link fence too. The details are fuzzy though. Ya feel me?

My 3 bone Prime Rib on the Weber Genesis (yes, gas). Made a few slits for some garlic. Roast was set up ontop a rack. Grilled at 240. I put 2 wood flavor planks in there (next to the meat). I did a reverse sear at the end.

Looking for something different and healthy to throw on the pit tomorrow night. Was thinking some type of fish but I always do tuna and not sure what other options I have that don't taste like rotten twat. My freezer is out of crappie and I'm a month away from my good catfish hole in Tennessee being right. Got skunked offshore last month so I'm fricked. Any recs?

I guess I'm open to anything healthy(ish) binged on pork last week so need to keep it light this weekend.

Not really, wife likes it a little. I went on a salmon trip with some buddies a few years ago. Brought back about 100 lbs of filets. Kinda got tired of it after that

Straight from the Gulf. The in laws live about 20-25 miles from Gulf Shores. Put some Creole seasoning and lemon butter on them. Bad thing is, fish cooks too fast to get drunk while you're cooking.

That's usually the case with anything that's not horrible for you. The whole low n slow method is to render the fat.
