I need wings advice. I've never done wings before. I just got home with 4 pound bag of frozen wings from kroger, the "plain" kind that wasn't already buffalo'd up.

I don't want to fry them. I have access to smoker, lump coal, Kingsford coal, hickory, apple, and an oven.

I have a bottle of Kroger brand "Hot Wing Sauce". I also have several varieties of bbq sauce on hand.

Yall have 4 hours to educate me before flames get lit.

Frying them is the best

Should marinate them first, then smoke the shite out of them

The medium is pretty damn close to the Hooters brand sauce, but I like the hot or the medium

Butter n franks equal parts.

Use your Kroger sauce n butter if you don't feel like going back out. Won't be true deal buffalo but I'm sure its close enough.

Not sure about the zesty Italian part but whatever floats yo boat.

My in laws gave us a homemade ranch "kit" for Xmas one year. We never buy anymore.

Make the spice mix as follows:

3 tbsp dried onion
2 1\2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp blk pepper
1 1\2 tsp garlic powder

Mix well

To make the dip you mix:

1 tablespoon spice mix
1\3 cup each mayo, plain yogurt, sour cream

Shits d tits

Nice! Looks thicker than most tri tips. What did you cook it to? Enjoy that.
