I was surprised how easy it has been. I worked it up in my mind how hard it would be.
Its only a couple times a day where you want to murder someone, crunch some gum, get back to work/family/whatever.
So my worst fear is being a nic gum addict, needing that crunchy chewy piece of valhalla locked behind the kroger case with condoms, but thats better and cheaper than tobacco.

What is everyone cooking up Saturday for the Game?
I will be doing My Famous Boston Butt and making BBQ.
I already have 1 Gal. of my homemade bbq sauce made up and ready to be eaten.
Lets beat up on the kittens, Drink way to much and eat some great food this weekend bc it will be
" Saturday in Athens!"

I got roughly 16 people coming over...will probably do burgers and dogs for the early games and then appetizers for the game with some pulled pork sammies....

Yeah we are going to have roughly around 50 people at my buddies man cave and I am cooking for everyone.
I know im doing butts and i think he said he was getting several racks of ribs as well.
I love cooking on a smoker and wathcing football and pounding beers all day.
Is there a better day?

Smoked and fresh sausage on the grill with horseraddish dip and veggies and dip for the early games. Smoked wings with baked beans and slaw for the UGA game.

Got this big butt I'm doing Friday. Will be doing "Tiger Tails" Saturday. Pork loin stuffed with melted cheese and crumbled bacon. Wrapped in a bacon blanket, will be smoking up Broad by 9am

That's a big arse for sure. Biggest I've ever smoked was 13 lbs. Last year for the Clemson game. Gonna be a long cook time on that one.

Yea, I'm getting up early Friday to get the smoker going. Should have it settled to temp by 730ish. I figure if I put it on at 8 it'll be done by around midnight, hopefully.
