I like to server them dry. The guest can make them wet if they chose.
These didn't need no god damn sauce.
Nom fricking Nom
Yes, they were trimmed like shite, I didn't feel like making them pretty. I was planning on turning them into poop anyways.

Noticing when you grill in the picks it was in aluminum container to catch the juices. Do save that stuff in the pans to make a nice soup stock the next day?
I have made some mighty tasty soup this way and either chill and skim the fat first or just rinse it straight into a soup pot.

I'm not a fan really of soups, not sure why but just never been a fan of liquid food unless it's got alcohol in it. I have used bones and fat caps from Butts to makes beans with, that shite is mighty fine

Only question is how you can keep turkey at your house this long after season. I'm usually grilling it up the day or at latest the day after I kill it.

For the Clemson game I have decided to make Tiger Tails. It will be a pork loin stuffed with cheese and bacon. It will be marvelous!

I wish I had some wild turkey still. I picked these gems up from Fresh Market. They were very good yet no were near as good as fresh wild turkey.

Yea I'd kill for a few wild turkey tits in the fall.

Plentiful as usual. We have turkeys out our arse. I killed two opening morning this year and had 22 on us that morning. Also called up 5 more for friends that were killed. We ate very well this past spring if you get my drift lol.

Very nice. You have any luck with the big ones you had on cam last year?
Posted on 8/16/14 at 6:13 pm to Spunky
Nope I saw some good ones last year but never got a shot. The big boys are still out there some where and a year older. They probably will show up close to the rut.
