Did it taste more like BBQ pork instead of beef ribs or did it taste more like roast beef?
Not a hint of pork or roast beef. Like I said it had good flavor but there wasn't enough meat for me. They pulled back way to much. Very little left to chow on

Spunk is that a kamado grill you are cooking with?
If so, how is it and is it worth the 329.00 I saw it for?

Its an Akorn. I love it the only draw back is it isn't as big as I would like. I'll probably be getting another one soon.

Any of you no talent arse clowns know anything about cooking a rack of lamb? I've never done it and I'd like to put it on the grill but it seems like almost everything online has a recipe for putting it in the oven.

I knew that when I posted "no talent arse clown" it would be a homing beacon for you. But I ask because I wanted to know the recipes some of these may have and if somebody recommends roasting it in the oven over grilling it.

There is actually a lot of good recipes and ideas there. Id rub it with a olive oil, minced.garlic mixture salt and pepper also.

145 looks like it would be too hot

You can do 130. Wont hurt anything. Since its just for you and not your better half id say go for 130 if you like it rare. I personally do as well but mine prefers med rare.
A bernaise sauce would go really well with that too if you're into sauces. Its a pretty simple one to make too

You wouldnt know a mother sauce if you spat it up out of your red arse like a cheap dead rigormortis bitch pumped full of white sausage gravy.

I thought cobb dawgs mom was off limits?

Pork tenderloin, vegetables, and corn on the cob. Corn was cooked in shuck until shuck started burning. Then moved to foil.

looking good. I'm gonna have to break the webber pit put this weekend and get used to it before Clemson. I'm not lugging my Akron out there, to heavy and my drunk as will probably drop it trying to load it back in my truck when it's clean up time.

dropping it would not be good. That's the bad thing about any kamodo style cooker. Heavy as shite so you can't just load em up and take them with you. Can't beat a cheap charcoal grill for a tailgate, though.

Bubba keg come with trailer hitch, biglandowski will tell you this

Truth, I actually prefer cooking certain things on them vs Akorn. Pork loin and skinless chicken breast are two that come to mind

I prefer pork loin on the egg. Burgers and hot dogs are just as good on a cheap grill, IMO.

I got a Weber Jumbo Joe for my birthday...its a great little portable grill with a good sized cooking grate.

Sounds good. I need another small charcoal grill. I don't even have to clean mine out anymore. The ash just falls straight to the ground.
