f my wife ever stole my credit card I would shame her verbally, but not publically.

Then I'd drag her into her own walkin closet and lock her in with a chair and murder one of her dogs.

On the second offense i would dig up the grave of the dead beagle and forcibly sodomize her with the oily skull while she cried.

Third offense I'd call the cops and press charges.

What would you do, though,......if you weren't allowed to rely on the same old degenerate script......... about sodomizing this or that skull while shitting, pissing, or jizzing here or there, or something SHOCKING..........or whatever?

Not stealing man, she's my wife. I'd be more pissed if she woke me from a wet dream. She knows what her allowance is and usually is really good with it.

Happy wife happy penis

Don't kid yourself. Shock is better than clever 99% of the time. It's kinda hard for someone to come up with a rebuttal when you tell them you're going to skull frick their dead mother. Besides them calling you sick and twisted, which at that point you've already accepted.

Who here can tell me the best way to do/get philly cheese steak meat?

You need a meat slicer. It doesn't have to be one of those hardcore stainless deli deals either...you can get a smaller model fairly inexpensively.

You then take either sirloin or rib eye...and slice them into thin cuts yourself. You don't need high end butcher quality for this either. Also, its easier to cut if its partially frozen. You then just cook it up in a skillet and shred with the spatula.

This is the only way I've found to do it....you can't buy meat pre sliced that isn't crap like steakum...unless you can get your meat guy at the grocery to do it for you.

I explored every alternative as making the perfect cheese steak sandwich was a quest....along with trying to recreate Waffle House hash browns...which so far has been a effort in futility BTW.

That's all I got...

A little pricey... but you'll use it more than you think

Finished product. Taste better than they look but I think I still prefer pork ribs over beef. No where near as much meat as I was expecting but still delicious.

Look burnt but I think it's because I put a base of honey on before I put my rub on.

Now it's time to do the turkey thighs that I didn't get a chance to do last night.

These will not be cooked in the pan Jeff.

Looking damn good. Question, is your temp probe just laid on the grate or is it beneath it? Can't tell from the pics.

You'll most likely get pissed at me and freak out...........but, I think that For the sake of the GSB's grilling/smoking reputation..............

...We need to have an INtervention here.

Did it taste more like BBQ pork instead of beef ribs or did it taste more like roast beef?
