AU down 5-4 after 2 innings. 3 of Bama's 5 runs are unearned.

2 more for Bama in the 3rd. AU down 7-4. Now that Myers is here hopefully we can get some elite pitching.

AU eliminated from the SEC tourney losing 8-4. Next up are regionals. They will likely be in the FSU regional.

Kasey Cooper had another good game but we do need better pitching of we are going to take that next step.

In a weird move O'Neal is pitching game 1 tonight instead of Ortman.

You're more than welcome to. I know we are up 8-1 tonight by some divine miracle but I don't care enough about this season anymore to post updates. Heck if Golloway had not pulled another DA stunt last night by changing a reasonably succesful Friday Saturday rotation around we would be looking at winning the series tonight instead of trying to even it.

No. Lost 6-3. I summed up Golloway's stupidity in my last post.

I hope the Sunny being gone after one year is just internet bluster. Let him cull the herd and get some of his guys. If there's still animosity and defections after a couple years, then make a change.

I understand that POV but he is the one that will have to change to be succesful in the SEC, a conference much, much tougher overall than the Big 12. The way he is berading players and coaches and throwing them under the bus publicly and privately don't cut it in today's PC world. And no I'm not saying fire him after 1 year. I'm just done with this season.

I don't think the coach should change what has made him successful to date. I think you go full bore, and if it doesn't work, it doesn't and you move on to somewhere it does. Pawlowski was the complete opposite personality wise and he crashed and burned too. I'm fine seeing if the drill sergeant approach works for a couple years. Might work, might crash and burn. But we haven't had shite in years.

Pawl was weak. You can be tough as nails and positive. Just look at Malzahn's and Pearl's staffs. Also CSG has not endeered him to the fans at all, implying on more than 1 occasion that we're stupid. As Rig said a couple weeks ago, I'm not cool with that. When you are struggling like the baseball team is right now it's not a good idea to be downing the fan's and their intelligence also.
