I honestly don't care enough to look, but I'm pretty sure the attendance figures disagree with you.

See if your eyes are lying to you in the Rose Bowl picture, ha.

Awesome. They have a tiny stadium and they don't sell it out for regular season games.

Two of my GF's friends went to TCU (graduated 2010). Even they have said they have terrible fan support and normally don't come that close to selling out.

I ended up looking up the figures, and oddly enough they don't exist for TCU.

TCU averaged 38,167 in 2010 and 42466 in 2011. O Their stadium holds 50,0000.

TCU has a small hardcore fanbase that follows the football team when they play in big games but they don't have the overall depth to shell out donations like the upper level BCS teams do.

Well it's obvious the fan base is there hence the Rose Bowl.

When they play UT, OSU and OU that stadium will be packed compared to their normal competition.

No need to shell out when you are an easy drive from your house in Texas to all games home and away.

It's now much easier to drive to all home and away games in Texas.

Yeah but on the flip side, if they keep winning, fans then will show up to watch Texas, OU, OSU and WVU as opposed to CSU, BYU and Air Force. Their quality of game and what's on the line in each game is about to go up drastically.

Of course, if they fall back to SWC TCU then yes that place will be a ghost town.

FW to Lubbock is almost 6 hours. Not that far, but it's not down the road either.

Why are you so vehemently defending TCU?

Are you really going to compare home and away games being equal in the Mountain West and Big12, ha.

Just stop.
