Look up the actual legal definition. The court of public opinion and the actual court of law are two entirely different things.

Also; am I the only one that finds it mildly ironic that the people on here preaching about "respecting women" seem to be the same ones who seemingly hold their actions to that of children? You've even got multiple people equating hitting a girl to picking a fight with a child . If you want to actually "respect women", you should probably start by treating them like adults. If you call a guy a n*gger and then slap him, sorry, but you made an adult decision and therefore have to deal with the consequences. Any white male with a brain knows that if you call a black guy a n*gger, you better expect a fight. As usual, women have been empowered to the point wherein they believe that rules don't apply to them (because idiots like you clowns judge them as children) which is exactly why this princess thought she could pull what she did and get away with it.

The white-knight overlords in this thread need to come back down to earth. I already stated numerous times that Mixon was a POS. Regardless of that, no I don't believe he needs to be in prison or kicked out of school when your typical college sloot who fakes a rape case and ruins some innocent guy's life not only gets to stay in school, she's often vaulted to hero status and celebrity.
