You mean the 2v1 where they jumped the counter and were threatening to "cut him up" that was cleared by the grand jury?

They had no weapon, and he applied a hundred times more "excessive force" than Mixon did. The dude got slapped and they threw some ambiguous insults/threats at him, and he went to town with a steel rod of some sort like he was beating a carpet. Are you trying to say that you're allowed to repeatedly beat me over the head with a pipe if I tell you that I'm going to "cut you up"? As you can see, you can indeed inflict way more damage than you are handed and get away with it. Even if you are a former felon who actually KILLED SOMEBODY.

Was it a hundred times? Not a thousand times? Or a million times?

Do you want to kill him for it? Put him in jail for the rest of his life? What would be a just punishment in your eyes?

You were decimated in this thread, just stop. You look like a fool of epic proportions. If you aren't trolling, you have some deep rooted issues. From one Auburn fan to another, get help.

He shouldn't be representing an institution of higher learning, that is for sure.

"As part of his plea agreement, Mixon completed one year of probation, 100 hours of community service and participated in cognitive behavior counseling in addition to his season-long suspension."

Sounds like pretty fair punishment for overly-retaliating after being assaulted...

Didn't help. He's still demented and not remorseful as per his recent comments.

If you can't look at that video, and see that that's fricked up, then I have no words.

He deserves the same punishment that anyone else in this situation would call for in the state of law. But if he gets off with nothing then he deserves to get fricking jumped and savagely beaten.

Holy balls the people in this thread

Dude should be in jail. He took a plea deal for a reason. I think someone in the other thread showed where the judge was even an Oklahoma fan

What in the actual frick is wrong with you?

If a little kid comes up and punches you, you think going Mike Tyson on him is okay?

This isn't the dark ages

Women can be dangerous whether they are sober or drunk. I've seen women throw punches, throw housewear, hit with their heels (which can be really pointed), and do really stupid shite because I never learned the lesson of knowing when to leave before the party turns sour. I was pretty drunk last night but I still knew when I should leave. The warning signs were there and my wife noticed them too. Liquid courage is real and isn't nothing to mess with. I ain't never raised a fist to my wife but my wife did say I cussed her one night after I blacked out from tequila and that embarrassed the shite out of me. I may be an a-hole but nobody treats my wife that way including me. My wife knows to leave me the hell alone after I am past tipsy, so I got home last night, went to my mancave type shack and battled demons for the night- alone. Which is the way it should be for me.

With that said, I have seen a drunk woman push a guy into a fire pit, and I was the one that caught the guy before he fell in. If I didn't catch him, he would've been in UAB's burn unit. I slapped the shite out of that woman that night and I am peace with that decision, justified or not.

Equality is the buzzword these days but the hypocrisies that come with it are mind blowing. The female infiltration into the Army Infantry to fight in combat is a joke. However, the biggest joke is they have their own and much easier PT standards but yet they're equal and are capable of close combat. If men and women are equal, and both are hitting each other, how come it's the man that usually goes to jail? Why are the feminists not bitching that women are equal so they should be held accountable too?

With that said, people (including me) should learn to be more self-aware of their surroundings, their physical limitations, the vibes, escape routes, etc just in case the party turns sour. The warning signs are always there. If there is a rise, there is a fall. I see that this incident happened around 2:30 in the morning. They should not even be out at that point. I won't even go to Waffle House nonsober anymore because I had a deployment buddy talk really loud there and started a fight that we had no business being in.

To the people saying the woman deserved it...you're a fricking shitty human being & poor excuse of an Auburn fan. Did any of you not have any raising? What she did had absolutely 0 effect on him. She may have "started it" but he could've been a man & walked away. Hell, he's the one that started it with his mouth. He literally could have killed the poor girl. I'm glad that girl isn't my daughter. He would be dead.

If Ronda rousey was my date, and this chick hit me, causing Rhonda to beat the living shite out of her, would everything then be completely okay?
