Probably because her face got busted by his fist and a table, all while Oklahoma students hated her for getting the star football player in trouble.. Yep, let's make it even harder on her!

Yeah, I'm sure thats it...

So she didn't want it released because of embarrassment? Everyone already knew that he hit her in the face, and that he hit her hard enough to knock her out, so what difference would the video make? She didn't want it released because it shows her acting as retarded as he was, dumbass.

He could have taken a plea deal to avoid it going public. You have no clue on the details.

If a plea deal occurred, charges were brought up, which means the DA concluded there was sufficient evidence of a crime to bring up charges.

Tomorrow, go talk shite to a 20 year old guy, then push him. Report back here on your findings. And not a stick frame white dude either.

Wow, you are a piece of work. You're trying your best to be "right", and in the process have outed yourself as an unbelievably idiotic individual, and a piece of shite to boot.

Plea deals don't keep it from going public. Criminal proceedings are open to the public and they're public record.

I keep thinking you'll tuck your tail and stop digging a bigger hole. But here we are

Lulz. Digging a hole? I have said 2-3 times I could care less what happens to him. I don't see any reason he shouldn't be able to play in the NFL. I don't see a reason he should be in jail. But what I know is based on the 2 min vid. He could have started the entire thing off camera. Maybe she did. It still doesn't change the fact she stood up, and physically started a fight with someone else.

And this is an example of a defeated argument. It's almost like "Women, wear a short skirt and walk down the street at night, let me know when you're fricked against your will".. To you, it's the fault of the person that "entices" the situation, not the person that responds with unreasonable violence.

how about you go start shite with a 12 year old, wait for him to physically touch you, knock all his teeth out in retaliation and let us know how that self defense strategy works in court.

no its not

read up on excessive force as you are trying to claim Mixon acted in self defense

"Excessive force" is incredibly fluid, but nice try playing Mr. Lawyer.

Go look up the McDonald's Beatdown case wherein two women jumped the counter to assault a McDonald's employee because he wouldn't take their $50 bill which he thought was fake. The dude went and got some french-fry scraper or something out the back and literally beat their shite in (I think one of them even had a fractured skull). Not only did he get off, but I think THEY actually got charged with assault...and this was a guy who was actually an ex-convict who served time for manslaughter (which goes back to my point: don't frick with people because you're expecting reasonable reactions, you have no idea what anyone is capable of doing).

Not the same. The law looks at age, not gender.

Regardless of the legal repercussions, you're equating morality with law, and that's an asinine position. I assume that's where your arguments started - at which point you probably didn't realize he had taken a plea deal - then you just decided you wanted to continue to argue to attempt to save face and defend your initial position. It's that vicious cycle.

You mean the 2v1 where they jumped the counter and were threatening to "cut him up" that was cleared by the grand jury?

Nice apples to apples comparison, matlock.

Should have just gone with the Zimmerman case if this was the path you wanted to travel

No I am not. I just stated what I saw in the video. Nothing more. I personally don't think he should be in jail, or denied a chance to play in the NFL for slapping someone who pushed him. Simple as that.

And you prove once again you're not reasonable and your bias forbid you from viewing the situation and deriving factual conclusions. How anyone could consider a closed fist roundhouse punch to the face a slap is beyond my comprehension. A slap could be forgiven in the heat of the moment, what he did, no. A slap?:

You must know an over-aggressive cop. That 18 year old guy walked in after them looking like a demented sociopath. He instigated the entire physical altercation. His ego and mental defects led him into the restaurant.
