Gus knows he has to win next year to save his job. If he is taking a more hands on approach to achieve then I applaud it .

One would hope the HC has input on the OL personnel and scheme.
This is why Sanders sounds so stupid. This is Gus' offense, blocking is a major part of what makes it click. There is no way that Gus hasn't been involved with the OL
Even the whole "Gus only focuses on the offense" mantra makes zero sense since OL is part of that offense

So people were pissed that he wasn't more involved with the program and now they're pissed that he is?
I can't keep up with the shite being brought here.

Bullfricking shite. These are the same bullshite rumors that pop up every time a portion of the AU fan base wants to fire a coach.

247's Auburn site owner decided to play Paul Finebaum today and talk vaguely about items that would cause AU fans to grab pitchforks.

So people were pissed that he wasn't more involved with the program and now they're pissed that he is?
But now him being too involved was the reason Muschamp/TRob left.
These timelines just don't seem to add up.
If Gus rights the ship and strings a couple of good seasons together, don't be surprised to seem him move on to a different job. Who the hell would want to coach at Auburn with the way we shite on our own?

Bash Ron Sanders all you guys want but do any of the reports surprise anybody. Gus does not trust anyone besides Herb Hand.
There is a major part of the reports the OP left out. The coaches have expressed their issues to Gus on this & they are hopeful he listens to their input this year like he did in 2013 when we were succesful.
If not it looks like Gus's inability to trust those he hires will sink his own ship.

Winning fixes this. All of a sudden there were no problems if that happens.

Exactly and Muschamp was given a second chance at being a HC in the SEC. Who wouldn't jump at that chance?
TRob will be a first year DC, why wouldn't he want to be doing that under his mentor?
As for anything else Gus has the right and should be involved in what is taking place in recruiting, practice, and anything else. He is the damn Head Coach.

We
don't
have
insiders.
Take any coaching search as proof of this. It's a shitshow guessing game.

quote:That was never implied or said. But yes, the way Gus micromanaged things, expecially organizationally & recruiting, did bug Boom. That's from both AU Rivals & AUC.
But now him being too involved was the reason Muschamp/TRob left.

frick Ron Sanders E.
It is just information that helps Ron keep fans purchasing access to his sites. Some of it may be good and some of it may not.
Gus will either make it or not, and Gus should be involved in EVERY facet of his program.
Don't put so much blind faith into Ron.

from the OP who says it is coming from Ron Sanders

There's reports that Gus has started meddling with recruiting and giving his input into places it doesn't necessarily belong. For example: One report is that he starting tinkering with the offensive line personal and recruiting.
