If Saban leaves for the Colts, Smart would likely join. This is about as relevant as that tidbit at this point.

Have a hard time believing anything Marshall says at this point. Not saying he won't go, but Phil isn't anywhere close to those negotiations

FWIW,the latest from 247 says USCe has offered Kirby Smart and are interested in Pruitt now.

I mean just look around at all these other coaching moves & all the wrong reports. North Texas & UCF have each had breaking news about coaches they are about to hire only to turn out wrong & flip to someone else.
I think it's safe to assume most schools have Muschamp on their list but most probably have him further down. If they strike out on a number of earlier targets then maybe he leaves for a spot but I don't think he is the most coveted guy out there

Saying if Muschamp goes to USCe good chance TRob follows is the biggest cop out of all time.
Even if he didn't follow, beat writers will speculate it and justify their claims by saying "It was really close to happening" and pat themselves on the back for a close call
