Bobby Lowder and Milton McGregor aren't walking back through that door. They were the 2 big boosters that supported basketball. When they lost their influence our recruiting started to fall off. Until somebody with influence steps into their role I honestly don't think it matters who our basketball coach is.

Don't you think the boosters would show a little more sport if we made a big time hire like Bruce pearl who turned around Tennessee when they were struggling And he only made 2 million a year an tn there's no way our athletic department couldn't afford him unless we got in a bidding war with someone like Alabama
