When other teams respect his ability to gash you with his legs in addition to his arm.

I'm all for it. With all of the talent we have at the WR position, I think JJ's arm is as big a weapon as Nick is with his legs.

I would love to see a package with NM and JJ in the backfield!

Na. Nick is good in open space with the slight of hand.

not sure he is going to line up and move the ball.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves.

I never expected JJ to take over or have a lot of time running the offense this year. I did expect to see Gus use him as another moving part in the offense. Jet sweet passes and other "gimmicky" plays with 2 QBs on the field.

Perfectly happy with Nick getting all or practically all of the snaps in a big/close game this year.

I want JJ as our starter. I have always made my dislike for NM as a QB known.

I honestly believe JJ is the better QB and would garner better results for the year if started.

Trevon has struggled but showed excellent technique on his pick FWIW.

Except for the dumbass move of running it out to the 2 yard line, I agree.

Can we get this kids name spelled correctly? He's been here forever now.
Forget the name misspellings. I don't think 24 has ever spelled a name right in his AU SEC Rant career and I always hit wrong keys. Focus on the content of the discussion not the misspellings because I don't think 24 and I are changing anytime soon on that stuff.

Assuming JJ stays for his Senior year which is already in question given how much NFL scouts are already salavating over his size and arm ability. With a big Junior year he may easily go pro after 2015. I don't think it will be the right move based on the history of how 1 year college starters do in the NFL but I can easily see it happen.

I am fully expecting him to leave after his junior year.

Not needed. Anybody knows knows anything about the NFL knows they love their tall QBs with big arms prototypes. If there aer any stats to back up those prototypes then they are all over the very tall big arm kids.

Same thing with RBs. He keeps saying Grant and Payne are 1a and 1b but its obvious who they are leaning on. I am sure before game he schemes up all sorts of stuff but when its go time he is going to roll with what is working. And frankly the very basic read option, buck sweep, and speed sweep plays are tearing people up that he doesn't really need to do much else.

I would love to see JJ get some more reps and burn some people in the passing game along with guys like Roc, Barber, Grant, and Truitt getting more touches but I don't think you are going to see it. He wants to go fast and the offense rolls best when Nick is at QB running the ball and Payne is grinding it up the middle

Hey, I put the quotes for a reason. If you'd back off, that would be great.
