Maybe Harsin should’ve just used this approach
And then let them fact check it on their own.

. . . or maybe to fit the attention span a 20 year old.

I find it weird he promoted Schmedding to HC in his absence. I have nothing at all against Schmedding, but you'd think he'd promote one of the two former head coaches. My pick would have been Mason.

I dont. He is part of Harsins "Good ole boy system". He is going to count on someone he is familiar with. Thats why he brought the Boise gang with him

Which is another reason it is always funny hearing guys here talk about breaking up the "Good ole boy" system at Auburn

When you break up one of those and bring in new guys, a new gang just moves in. Its at every school for every coach

Harsin feels confortable with him and that is why he picked him

Tin foil hat people, please exit to the OT Board on your left.
If it wasn't about control then they would not have and continue to lie. Also, all of these mask mandates and lockdowns while trying to control where you go by covid passports, can't play ball unless people are injected to an arbitrary %. There has been suppression about the numbers of deaths/injuries from the shot.

Also if the shot is the only thing that works...then take a look at what India did to get rid of their huge influx of covid and it didn't include the shot.

Mason tested positive. Some folks have tested out (think it takes 2 test)

Lastly, when this was Trump’s vaccine and Kamala was concerned about taking it before the election, y’all weren’t cheering on Kamala. This is politics. Get real.
Nothing political about not wanting to take an experimental gene therapy when the FDA hasnt granted approval, companies have been given blanket immunity from judicial litigation, and our government/businesses are coercing citizens to take it against their will.

This whole thread is such a microcosm of the pathetic state of our society.

You do realize the “experimental” label comes off as early as next week right? I heard Phizer’s could be Monday. The vaccine has been working and FDA approval is basically rubber stamped.. So far the vaccines are somewhere around 64% effective in preventing infection and 94% effective in eliminating hospital visits.

Y’all act like y’all are scared by “experimental” drugs but are willing to take ivermectin, good old trusty cow dewormer pills.

Circle back when it actually gets approved and the corporate immunity is removed.

They were given 4 years of immunity by the government (Trump’s) at the start of the pandemic and in the beginning phases of vaccine creation. That’s pretty reasonable given the speed that was required.

Wife texted me this morning on
My way back to Georgia. Her hospital has 100 Covid patients right now. 47 in ICU on vents. Of those, the majority of them are in their 50’s like me. Most will die. Yesterday, a healthy 36 year old died and today a 35 year old is on his death bed.

Everyone can keep pushing the political agenda if they want but is is as bad right now as it has been since it started. Be careful and just stay the hell away from direct contact with people right now if you can.

Decipher that anyway you want but it is what it is.

It was so sad reading an article about so many pregnant women on ventilators at UAB Hospital. All of them not vaccinated. So many will die bc they are at high risk being pregnant.

If they would have only read the reports for pregnant women.

I just don't want to see so many die on that hill.

p.s. I just read that an assistant coach, 38, who is at Western Carolina died from Covid.

And any player that has used 'FDA un-approved' as a reason will now have their answer so they can get the vaccine.

But if you went down the list of players who haven't been vaccinated...you're going to get an array of different reasons for not being vaccinated...but I doubt any of them will be bc their coach isn't vaccinated.

And to your comments about testing interrupting getting ready for a game...This team had to go through all sorts of testing last year.
And Shenkar, our TE even said it this week, it's a no brainer to be tested often, and everyone is used to it and it doesn't affect them getting ready for the first game.

I said constant testing is a competitive disadvantage. Not because of interruptions, but because high frequency testing can yield high numbers of asymptomatic positive cases. Meanwhile teams that met the threshold dont have to test at all unless someone is exhibiting symptoms of course.

Full approval coming Monday, will that change your mind or your argument?
