Don't forget that Malzahn also has a worse SEC coaching record than every single Auburn coach back to and including Doug Barfield.

And that one team ranked in the final AP poll is the one that fired its head coach after losing to us right? Argument could be made that 1) They weren't a rank-worthy team with Les Miles as head coach when we played them and one or 2) (and my opinion) that they were over-ranked because they played Alabama close.

How about this list too:

arse-Reamings in AU's last 30 games:

UGa (10-3, #9)
LSU (9-3, #16)
UGa (10-3, RV)
Bama (14-1, #1)
UGa (8-5, RV)
Bama (14-1, #2)
Oklahoma (11-2, #5)

I'd throw in both of the last Clemson games too with just how drilled our offense got by them, but the defense at least kept it respectable.

Gus would go 8-5 at Auburn with the Atlanta Falcons, Matt Ryan would be handing off the ball for a run between the tackles and not utilizing Julio at all, it's really pathetic.

What is our record vs these teams going back to Tubs last year? It's gotta be historically pathetic.

LSU: 3-6
UGa: 2-7
Bama: 2-7

Throw in 1-4 vs Clemson and we are collectively 7-24 against the four most successful programs we've faced more than once since the beginning of 2008. Take away our NC season and we're 3-24 against them.

And of those victories, only two (UGa in 2010, LSU in 2014) were double-digit wins that didn't come down to the final minute, while more than half of the losses were by at least two TDs (and 6 were by at least four TDs).

Yeah, that does suck. It really ruined my "15-0 Ship!" message way too early.

We will likely win out until LSU so rest assured the positivity will come back

Just to get crushed again.
