My house wasn't spared by the rain.

Garage got flooded. It leaked into our office(lowest part of home) Also our shop got about 2 feet of water in it.

I'm pissed off, but at the same time relieved. If it would have kept raining earlier in the day our entire house would have been flooded.

Gonna have a word with the local city officials about fixing this issue. We live in a valley, but all the water from the local airport flows right into our creek.
They didn't build anything to stop the extreme flow of water; just passed it on down to the homeowners downstream.

I keep seeing everything from my friends back in Harrison. Crazy! I remember when diamond city & lead Hill was flooded in 2011 when I moved to Harrison.

We had a tornado warning and quite a bit of damage here in central Illinois from the same storm. I was putting new floor down in my sun room, but went outside to secure my trampoline. This was the front the passed over my neighborhood. Haven't been out and about but had my scanner running last night.

This was heading north with rotation then came back south east over my house.

Levee breached on the black river, Pocahontas (not Elizabeth Warren) and other communities under water. Arkansans will need our help, National Guard is on scene.

The Black river has already shattered the record for highest level, projected at over 30, unreal
