And here we go with the first tornado warning of the day, although my app is just showing a hail core currently (= blue storm track). That is one picturesque hook echo though.

Choose single site instead of past or future for local radar, choose which radar to tap into on the map, then use the drop downs to change tilt and reflectivity/velocity mode. Touch the tracks to bring up the info associated with each track and cities in the path. You just have to mess around with it a bit, but I've gotten to the point where trust my life to this app.

The Storm app for android isn't nearly as in-depth for some reason, it's like a completely different version.

BTW, if you ever have a red storm track with little brown and tan spots in it heading your direction = RUN. Thats a debris ball that the radar is picking up.

My lights have been flickering at work too. I'm in central Arkansas and no rain has started yet.

Russellville. It's calmed down a bit now- thankfully. Everyone's phone just went off with another tornado warning though. Power line across the street down. I've been working here for over 10 years now and that may have been the creepiest 20 or so minutes we've experienced yet!

Glad to hear you are OK. I always get worried when the sirens go off.

Some potentially catostrophic flooding this weekend across East OK and Western AR. Most places have picked up 6 inches or so in the past week, Friday night,Saturday and Saturday night could potentially drop 8-12 more inches of rain across the area.

This is just crazy. Earlier our internet and phones were out for prob an hour and now our electricity went out so no lights, net or phones.

Thanks for your concern, Sulli. *smooch*
