So, assuming hurf blurf rumors about NLR and it's coach and Alabama boosters providing money.

How does this affect KJ Hill this year and how did it affect Altee Tenpenny?

Also, is any other fanbase at all discussing these things or is it a purely Arkansas issue?

If there was some meat to it, wouldn't it be showing up in some Alabama boards?

I will say this, I dont think its any coincidence the biggest recruits out of NLR have not gone to Arkansas the past few years.

Sorry, its all just a bit too convenient.... we get guys who want to be Hogs from places like Texarkana... and then guys from NLR blow us off?

Mhmmm

I think they shut it down when the speculation about Bolding helping Saban land KJ started.

I like how they actually think that they're going to get slapped with a lawsuit for what a poster posts on their message board.

I know that it's probably happened before, but seriously... you really think that Bolding is going to sue a message board because someone posted hearsay on it. Boards would be getting sued left and right.

Now if they were to say, "We don't want these posts on here because we want to maintain, as a board, good relationships with coaches and players," then that would be believable. But to blame it on fear of litigation is a copout, imo.

A message board is not going to get sued because people on the board said mean things about someone. That is fricking ludicrous.

I've frequented websites that have been threatened with legal action because of what was being said about people, and nothing ever happened. The websites just posted the legal threats and made a complete mockery of them. This was 15 years ago and nothing has changed since then. I guess their defense would have been parody/satire, because that's pretty much what the websites were all about. So maybe that's a little different.

I can't imagine how internet forum administrators could be sued for things that posters say. That would be like suing a coffee shop because they had a poetry slam where one of the poets slandered someone.

one problem with what is said above, perhaps??? I honestly am not sure, but want the Geaxjudge info on the web? Did this not cause a bunch of problems, loss of occupations, and perhaps the latest I have heard of is a lawsuit in the works?

May be false, IDK!

Right, but that is all happening to the individual poster who happened to be a judge and divulged confidential information. He was also involved in a bribery case in which he's pled guilty.

Tigerdroppings didn't get sued because of what geauxjudge said. HiV is afraid they will get sued because "hogjowl69" said Saban is a dirty cheater who paid Bolding to help send KJ Hill to Alabama, or whatever juicy rumor has been getting passed around. They're dumb and it's never going to happen.
