FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema announced on Sunday that senior running back Jonathan Williams will miss an extended period of time during the 2015 season after suffering a foot injury in Saturday’s scrimmage. The left foot injury will require surgery, but Williams is expected to make a full recovery.

frick frick frickITTY frick frick.

I absolutely hate it for him. There isn't another player better on the team than him as a person. He doesn't deserve this to happen to him.

Well, yeah, the RB depth chart is now Collins, RWIII, and a converted FB.

Technically a RB converted to FB converted back to RB. Think Peyton Hillis but not quite as good.

At least that is what I am telling myself.

Because that's what happened. He was recruited as a RB.

fricking hate this shite, though. Poor JWill. I wish I knew what "Significant period of time" meant. Raleigh just became super important. I wonder how Denzel Evans has looked.

I've seen 6-8 weeks and then I've seen season ending. Hopefully the former...

My brother is a radiologist, and without knowing anything other than reading the above article thinks he's out for the season. Said usually ankle injuries requiring surgery are tough to come back from inside of 6 months.

He was able to play FB, something Green was too soft to do, so...

Yeah I would say Walker is better than Green. He probably would have been pretty solid in this offense if not having the luck of being stuck behind to NFL caliber backs.

Doesn't feel good for the one position that should have no problem reloading on his team, RB, being one of the the thinnest and biggest question marks going into Bert's third season.

He sure looked more than capable during the Spring game, albeit against 2s and 3s.
