Not so fast, though. Some lawyers say the opinion may actually mean marriage licenses issued this week to gay couples are illegal.

So, if the issue of the licenses were illegal, will Huckabee then crusade against the county clerks who issued them for taking matters out of the whatever number of voter's hands and into their own?
