So at offices and restruants, waiters and bosses just say 'hey bitch get that thing I told you to get.'

Yeah that happens all the time.

How dense are you? I said to their face 'all the time.'

You might want to take some reading comprehension classes.

Two consenting adults? Marriage is simply a certificate? Well if that's all there is to it, when will a brother and sister be legally eligible to wed? What about a 69 and 16 year old who love one another? What they do in their bedrooms is their business, right? They can't help what their heart's desire, right? Isn't this the logic you guys use in order to manipulate people into supporting the gay cause? Or refer to them as bigots all because certain individuals refuse to accept a man who is willing to place his penis into another man's anal cavity? And there's something wrong with normal people who aren't willing to accept that! ROFLMAO!

And to the morons who are comparing the laughable gay rights movement to the civil rights movement, GTFO. That's both an insult and disgrace to all African Americans who endured this atrocious period. Queers have it made compared to the hell those people endured

You might want to stop taking yourself so seriously.

Like I said, the government has no place in the archaic practice of marriage. That was the original point of my post. Not the simple shite about the word "bitch."

Aw I guess you were wrong so it was a good time to go back to what you said about marriage instead.

Is this thread not about gay marriage? I'm fairly certain that it's not about bitches, bitch.

FIFY. And, it happened in Rome too. And Sodom and Gomorrah. And Babylon. See a pattern?

And what's with this (homo)phobia shite? A 'phobia' literally means a fear of. Nobody 'fears' gays.

Oh wow you got me. Sorry I'm not gonna get all bent out of shape about some old lady from Atlanta that is known as the OT troll, doesn't know what she's talking about.

Besides again comprehension comes in. I was talking about the traditional and dictionary meaning of the word marriage and how gays are the only 'group' changing the meaning of words that have been around for ages because they feel excluded.

Maybe if you tried to argue against what some actually said, you might could form the basis of an actually decent argument.

If 32 is old then you must be 15.

How about you ignore me. I'll ignore you. All will be well with the world.

Fine with me, you were the one that replied to me first though.

Plus I know everyone on this site has better shite to do on a Friday night than post on here. Unless they are stuck at work.

Rome? Hmm...I think you could argue that Christianity had as much to do with the end of the Roman empire as literally anything else.

The western Roman Empire lasted 500 years. Dudes were banging dudes all over the place. Especially in the butt.

I have pretty good health insurance. I hate mowing my lawn. I presently hire a Mexican. I'd be open to gay marrying someone who will cut my lawn and do odd jobs around the house in exchange for being on my plan. Experience with tile and hardwood floors preferred. Must not insist on having sex.

I don't know what you mean by "you guys". I'm not an advocate and FWIW I support traditional marriage as between one man and one woman.

But if we are now at a point where traditional marriage is no longer going to be recognized then true equality in marriage must at least mean consenting adults get to marry and the line may not even end there. In effect, marriage as a legal institution will cease to exist. I think that is where we are heading unless the Supreme Court rules otherwise.

Well, at least you didn't bring up pedophilia or bestiality so you have at least a modicum of respect for people.

Gays are a distinct minority. Why compare them to anyone else? They cannot choose their sexuality any more than you or I can. They want the same economic benefits of marriage and family as straights.

The courts and the majority of Americans support gay marriage, knowing it will have no negative effects upon society. Many other countries and states have recognized the consistency and normality of homosexuality and are benefiting from more open and progressive societies.

The civil rights movement is not for just one group. Any minority that feels oppressed by the majority can appeal for equal rights. The gay population in the US is doing this and the Constitution is backing them up. It has happened for minorities before them and it may be used again in the future.

Atlanta is progressive. Athens is progressive. Georgia as a state, sadly, is not.

Progressive = supporting a lifestyle that is more diseased, has a shorter lifespan, more emotional problems, domestic violence, etc.

There really isn't any difference. Gays were being persecuted back in the 1950s too. The difference is that gay people have been subject to losing their job, housing discrimination, and all other kinds of exclusions for many decades longer.

the truth is that those who are Christians will soon be having to ask for rights under the state and federal laws. We will be a minority who has not right to teach what we believe even in a loving Christ Like way. We will be forced to choose to teach only parts of our religion, and only small parts of the Bible. Consider this please.

Simply because those of us who believe in the Bible will all be lumped in with those very few very vocal idiotic hatred loving idiots who claim the same belief, without knowing their butts from a hole in the ground.

I believe homosexuality is a sin, as are so many things. I believe it is wrong, I believe God made Adam and Eve to be together, not Adam and Steve. However, I do not hate anybody and will not preach, teach, advocate violence, riot, or act in a unchristian manner with this.

I am not a member of the Westboro Baptist Church, nor do I want to be identified with them one bit.
