I have managed to drop about 25 lbs from my highest weight, a bit over 300. Granted at my height it didn't look that bad, but it sure felt that bad with the high blood pressure and wear on my already banged up knees.

My problem is I seem to have stabilized in the 275 to 280 range and I really need to drop another 40 or 50 pounds for health reasons. Trying to do a bit more cardio now that the weather is finally warming up again but I don't want to stall out at this weight because it is literally taking years off my life.

Boot camp yesterday, and while I was huffing and puffing, I'm actually not too sore today. I consider that a win!

I'm training for a 10k despite the fact I hate running. Lifting as much as possiblr but not as much as I'd like. Workouts are getting cut short thanks to a baby who decides to scream her head off during gym daycare

I'm doing another 5k, and way behind in my training.

Down another 2 lbs. Pretty sure this wasn't just water weight!

Cheat meal was today at lunch, so I have to be good through the weekend.

I have cut out beer from the diet during the week and no more then a six pack during the weekend. The extra cardio may or may not be melting the pounds off, but I can certainly say it is a lot easier to get to sleep at night.

Used Motion Traxx for the first time today. It's a personal training app for gym cardio equipment. I did a 40 minute HIIT workout on the treadmill. Going to try elliptical tomorrow. Music sucks, but otherwise, good stuff. Good for me because I tend to slack off by myself.

You may be too advanced for it, but I found it useful. I'm terrible about avoiding an incline like the plague, and this forced me to do it.

However, my "running" is within the mph that they recommended for walking. The trials of being 5' tall, I suppose.

I've been lifting a lot lately. My musculature is great, but I'm carrying about 30 lbs too much weight overall, IMO. I'm starting the Mean Green juice fast today.

Workout today was unloading, hauling, and spreading 2 truck-fulls of mulch BY MYSELF!

Holy hell, I may never move again.

Today was my cheat day and I ate big late. Now can't sleep.

I ate entirely too much. More than I generally do on my cheat day. Just couldn't seem to get full.

Still 10k training. Calisthenics 3 days a week and upper body two days a week. No leg days since I'm running so much.

Diet is going much bettee. No more cheat days or meals for me.

Y'all, if I ever become an a-hole about fitness, you have my permission to slap the shite out of me.

I was talking to a friend yesterday, who started running about 2-3 years ago. I was telling her about the app, and joked about how it's good for me since I avoid inclines. Her response? "Yeah, that's a problem for SOME people."

I hope I never lose my sense of humor like that.

Eta: bootcamp tomorrow
