Thanks!

I think I could have actually gone 40, but I'm trying not to over do it. Would love to be up to 45 by the end of next week, especially since I have my MIL's birthday dinner and Valentines day next weekend and won't be able to do my Tuesday boot camp.

I took this week off diet wise, jumping back on the wagon Monday.

It's been a tough week, flu bug visiting the house.

Ugh, that sucks. Rough year for it.

30 minutes today, but upped my speed, so I consider it a win.

Back in the saddle again. Weight was up 5lbs yesterday, I expect it was due to the Super Bowl so I should drop it quickly.

Eating right has been hard lateley but I've done well. Until this morning anyway. At the airport for a flight to Little Rock and had chick fil a. Oh well.

I'm going hard at my lifting and happy with that. I'm so busy lately that its a miracle I'm finding time!

Jacked up my back doing deadlifts three weeks ago. Took the last three weeks to diet pretty hard and just try to lean out while not being able to lift heavy. Got back on it this week. Down to 188 with very little strength loss. One of the few times an injury has actually helped out with my goals.

Was going to the gym about 5 times a week and doing normal cadence of run/lift forever until I got crazy busy after New Years, now I'm lucky if I can get to the gym twice a week.

I've been training indoors on my bike using TrainerRoad: My TrainerRoad Profile
I like it because I can get on it at any time.

So far I've lost over 15lbs (started 215lbs). I hate counting calories so I just cut out most carbs to reduce calories.

Just did my Sunday murph crossfit exercise. I'm down to 218. Fluctuate between that weight and 222.

I know I want to get more shredded, but not sure I want to lose any more weight, dunno. I may get down to my original 210lb goal, see how I feel and look, then go from there. That's actually probably what I'll do. I can always add weight once I hit 210. I feel a lot better than when I was at 250 back in October.

Five weeks off the wagon. Hoping back on. Tomorrow's probably going to hurt.

So, Jan 5 I was 273.6 lbs. I've been hovering at 255-258 for the past month. Time to get back into a consistent routine and drop the lbs.

So what routines do you folks like? I am not a member of a gym and workout at home.

Down 11 lbs in a little over a month with 30 days till my trip to the beach. Wish I wouldn't have let my weight get so high the past year, but I love setting new goals.
